Shipping & Returns
Do you provide free shipping?
We do not provide free shipping at this time but we are considering it and may offer it in the near future.
How soon do I receive my order?
It usually takes 2 to 5 days in the US to get your order delivered to your address, or 4 to 10 days typically for destinations outside of the United States.
Do you ship internationally say to Asia and Europe?
Yes, we offer international shipping to several countries in Europe, North, Central & South America, the Caribbean, Asia, Africa, The Middle-East, Oceania, New Zealand, Australia, etc. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary depending on your destination country. However, except in extreme cases, it usually takes 4 to 10 days to receive your items.
Which carrier do you use when shipping?
Designer brands fashion, shoes and jewelry are shipped from four different warehouses in Europe and in the US. We only ship via FedEx® and DHL® to ensure you get your products fast and in a secure way. For fragrances and beauty products we usually ship from the US via FedEx® & UPS®.
Do you ship to cargo forwarding services or warehouses?
No, we do not ship our products to forwarders or warehouses / depots. In very special situations and with larger quantities, we may allow it but you will need to contact us, immediately after you place your order, or preferably before.
Do you offer a Return & Refund Guarantee?
We have a free, 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund or exchange. For purchases made between December 15th and December 31st (inclusive), this 30-day return window is extended to 45 days.
If your item was printed incorrectly, you need to inform us within 7 days of receipt of said item.
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.
Understand, that because this is POD (Print on Demand), we cannot accept returns due to size, name of a country, a flag, or anything else to do with the design. Unless of course we sent you the wrong color or wrong size than what you ordered.

Do you sell used, pre-owned, open box items?
No. We do not sell used, pre-owned products on our site. We only sell brand new, newly printed items just for you then sent to you, with all their original tags attached where applicable.
Can I get my product personalized?
Yes, in most cases we can personalize your product with a person's name or word change. We may be able to remove an item in a design that you don't want in an otherwise design that you love. In this case we ask that you place the order first then add a note to your order at checkout. We will review your request, make the edit, run it by you before processing your order.
