Shipping policy

At Dissently.com, we want you to love us and remain a loyal customer for life.

We provide free shipping on all orders above a certain amount, usually $99.00. We ship your items on the same day if we receive your order by 3:00 PM.

Some orders will require special handling, which may take an additional 1 to 2 days. In these cases, the item being purchased will be clearly labeled.

Most items will be delivered 3 to 5 days after the order is placed.

Unless otherwise noted, we ship via FedEx and UPS.

Throughout the ordering process, you, the customer, will be notified via email when the order is processed and released to the shipper and when products are delivered.

In some cases, we may ship your order in separate boxes if the items are either too heavy or stored in different warehouses.
