Shipping Policy – Dissently.com
At Dissently.com we want you to love us and remain a loyal customer for life.
We provide fast shipping to the US and internationally. We take care to process your order on the same day if the order is received by 5:00 PM.
Keep in mind that all of our products are printed after your order is placed and confirmed. Some orders will require special handling which may take an additional 1 to 2 days. In these cases, you will be notified via email the item being purchased will be clearly labeled.
Most items will be delivered within 5 days after the order is placed.
Unless otherwise noted, we ship via FedEx, UPS and USPS.
Throughout the ordering process, you the customer, will be notified via email when the order is process, released to the shipper and when products are delivered.
Note that in some cases your order may come in seperate boxes if these items are either too heavy or housed at different warehouses.

Return & Refund Policy – Dissently.com
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of the date the product is received. For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
If an issue is confirmed to be an error on our part, it will be resolved at our expense.
If you notice an issue with your order or the product you received, please contact us promptly and submit a problem report so we can assist you.
Returns & Return Address
Returned items are sent to our designated fulfillment facility. Once a returned shipment is received, an automated notification will be sent to the email address associated with the order.
Unclaimed returns are held for 30 days, after which they are donated to charity. If a return is sent to an address other than our designated return facility, Dissently.com is not responsible for that shipment.
Wrong Address
If an insufficient or incorrect address is provided at checkout and the shipment is returned to us, the customer is responsible for any reshipment costs once a valid address is confirmed.
Unclaimed Shipments
Shipments that go unclaimed and are returned to us may be reshipped at the customer’s expense. If reshipment is not arranged, the item will be donated to charity and no refund will be issued.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns of sealed goods, including but not limited to face masks, for health and hygiene reasons. Any returned sealed or hygiene-sensitive items cannot be reshipped and will be properly disposed of. Refunds are not available for these items.
Returns Due to Buyer’s Remorse
Except where required by law, we do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse. Returns or size exchanges for apparel, accessories, or face masks are offered at our discretion and at the customer’s expense.
If a size exchange or replacement is approved, a new order must be placed for the replacement item.
Customers Residing in Brazil
Customers in Brazil who wish to return an item due to purchase regret must contact our Customer Service team within 7 consecutive days of receiving the product and provide a photo of the item.
All return requests will be reviewed to confirm the item has not been used or damaged, even partially. If the item shows signs of use or damage, a refund will not be issued.
EU Consumer Notice
In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
1 - Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized
2 - Sealed goods that were unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons
Dissently.com reserves the right to refuse returns in these cases.
Governing Language
This Return Policy is governed and interpreted in the English language, regardless of any translations provided.
